Follow these step-by-step instructions to schedule your COVID-19 vaccine through Health Mart:
- When you first open the link, you will either sign in using an existing account username and password, or will have to register a new account. To register a new account...
- Click "Register" under the "New Users Sign-Up Here."
- You will then be prompted to fill out some personal information such as gender, name, address, etc.
- Set a username and password. Please note the specific requirements for password length and characters.
- Accept the terms and conditions after you have carefully reviewed them.
- Review the COVID-19 vaccination information such as eligibility requirements for vaccinations and other important information upon logging in/registering.
- Once you have reviewed this information, scroll down to the "COVID-19 Vaccine Assessment" box and check whichever option best describes your history with the COVID-19 vaccine.
- You will then be prompted to fill out information regarding your last COVID-19 vaccine as well as questions about basic health history, identity, and insurance.
- Enter your zip code to show vaccination locations nearby.
- PLEASE NOTE: Health Mart is not specific to Rodman's Pharmacy and will show you whichever pharmacy offers COVID-19 vaccines closest to the zip code you input. In order to be served by Rodman's Pharmacy, the quickest way to find us is to input our zip code (20016). You can then select our pharmacy in order to continue to schedule an appointment with us.
