Ron Brenner wears many hats at Rodman*s, the biggest of which is as the District Manager. He curates the wine selection at the Wisconsin store, carefully choosing the best quality and value for Rodman*s discerning clients. Ron has well over 40 years of experience in the wine & spirits industry. In his free time, he enjoys a good game of golf.
Tim Crittenden, Accounting Manager, has been with Rodman*s since 1994. He is an avid reader and recycling enthusiast. Before coming to Rodman’s, Tim worked as a “Call Santa” and also in a sheltered workshop for the handicapped, training disadvantaged individuals for employment. Tim can be seen most weekends serving food to the homeless in various DC area soup kitchens. Tim holds certificate general organizational skills.
Charles Miller has been working in retail since 1965 starting with his father’s Liquor business. Charles started working for Rodman*s in 2005 and is currently the general manager of the flagship Wisconsin store. Charles constantly works with Mr. Rodman to bring in bigger and better ideas to help the company prosper. Mr. Miller enjoys the daily tests of retail but what sets him apart from other managers is his personable and amazing attitude as a leader.
Mary-Beth Heald-Myers has been with Rodman*s since November 2010. Buying responsibilities basically include anything that is not wine or food related. A University of Maryland graduate, she is an avid reader, a music and animal lover. She enjoys finding new products and categories for the store.
Nolan H. Rodman has been with Rodman*s since 2005, but has been around Rodman’s since he was just a baby. The second son of Mr. Rodman, Nolan has been working closely in the beer and grocery departments. Salisbury University Graduate, class of 2011, where he majored in Business Management while also taking an interest to Spanish and Soccer. Nolan is a 3rd Generation Rodman and looks to bring new and exciting perspective for the future.
In 1977 Roy Rodman began his full time service Rodman*s working for his father Leonard Rodman. Roy has been the unanimous oversight for the last 15 years with his self proclaimed workaholic attitude and passion for continuing his father’s legacy. Mr. Rodman loves the challenge of retail in a competitive Washington DC environment where everyday challenging against large grocery chains, pharmacies and other independent stores puts the Rodman’s name to the test.
Larry Salins came to Rodman*s back in the 1900’s and serves as payroll/benefits manager. Additionally Larry produces our weekly newspaper ads and various other ads. In his free time, he enjoys music, movies and reading.
Atanas Stoilov is the current CFO of the company, started with Rodman’s beginning of 2009. Prior to Rodman*s, he worked at Total Wine and More for 11 years, starting as an Accountant and moving up the ladder as Director of General Ledger Accounting. Atanas has a Bachelor of Finance from California University and Masters in Information Systems and Technology from The George Washington University.
Rob Williams is the Food and Beverage Buyer at Rodman*s. Rob has been working with gourmet, natural and organic foods his entire career. He has been a retailer, wholesaler, and restaurateur. For four decades he has developed an appreciation for fine foods and wines, maintaining a keen interest in quality. Since 2008, Rob has overseen the food buying for Rodman’s. At home, when not in the kitchen, you’ll find him plugged into an amplifier or out on the golf course.
